TripGames Privacy Policy
This document describes how personal data is handled in the TripGames mobile app and related online services operated by MOSPAN sp. z o.o.. It is designed for the current Cloudflare Worker deployment and follows the active host automatically.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how MOSPAN sp. z o.o. processes personal data when you use the TripGames mobile application, related online multiplayer infrastructure, payment flows, support channels, and these legal pages. It complements the Terms and Conditions available at https://tripgames-signaling-sqlite.przybjulv2.workers.dev/terms.
2. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is MOSPAN sp. z o.o., with its registered address at ul. Wronia 45/20, 00-870 Warszawa, Poland, registered under KRS 0000689670, NIP 5272816267, REGON 367979360. Privacy and legal requests may be sent to mospan24@outlook.com. General support requests may be sent to mospan24@outlook.com.
3. Categories of personal data
Depending on how you use the application, we may process: profile data such as nickname, avatar, language preferences and entitlement status; device and session identifiers; technical data such as app version, operating system, crash and diagnostic information; multiplayer and gameplay data such as lobby codes, room participation, messages, game progress and moderation events; user content such as chat text and uploaded photos; payment and subscription metadata such as product, plan, renewal status and transaction identifiers; and support communications.
Where you choose photo-based features, the application may process image metadata, including location information embedded in a selected image, to provide gameplay mechanics. Depending on the feature, content you submit may be visible to other players in the same lobby or game session.
4. Sources of data
We collect data directly from you, from your device while you use the application, from app stores and payment providers involved in a purchase, and from other users where they interact with you in multiplayer features. Some data is also generated automatically by the infrastructure operating the service.
5. Purposes and legal bases
We process personal data to provide the application and multiplayer services, authenticate devices and sessions, synchronize purchases and premium access, respond to support and complaints, maintain security, prevent abuse, moderate unlawful content, improve reliability, comply with legal obligations, and defend or pursue legal claims. Under the GDPR, the main legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and consent where consent is required, including for optional permissions or certain advertising and tracking activities.
7. International transfers
Some providers used to operate the application may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on transfer mechanisms recognized by applicable law, such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or other appropriate safeguards.
8. Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to operate the service, preserve security logs, handle moderation, resolve complaints, comply with accounting and legal obligations, and defend against claims. Retention periods vary by category. For example, transaction and complaint records may be retained longer than ephemeral gameplay data, while some local data may remain only on your device until you remove it or uninstall the application.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, including the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland if applicable to your case.
10. Permissions, local storage and advertising
The application may request device permissions that are necessary for selected features, for example access to photos, camera, notifications or network state. Refusing a permission may limit the related feature. The application may store certain data locally on your device to support offline play, faster sign-in or restoring your session. If ads are displayed, advertising providers may process consent signals, device identifiers or similar data to the extent permitted by law and platform rules. Where consent is required, you should be given a consent choice flow or equivalent settings control.
11. Children
The application is not intended to knowingly collect personal data from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal data without the required consent, please contact us so that we can review and take appropriate action. Minors should use the application only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian where required.

Questions about privacy, personal data, or this policy may be sent to mospan24@outlook.com. Operational support requests may be sent to mospan24@outlook.com. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical or product changes. The current version is published on this page together with its effective date.
